Introduction:
The crude oil obtained from the vegetable oil factory has a high impurity content, and most of the magazines need to be separated before filtering. The use of scraper to clear the oil tank can eliminate the heavy labor of manual raking and reduce the load of the oil filter.
working principle:
Scraper Cheng The oil tank has a rotating scraper chain, and there is a clean oil tank on the side of the tank. The crude oil is sent into the clear oil tank, and the scraper chain continuously scrapes the oil residue that sinks into the bottom of the tank. The oil is separated from the residue through the tank surface sieve. The oil is filtered into the tank and flows into the oil purification tank through the overflow. Slag back squeezing machine squeezed.
This oil tank is suitable for the preliminary treatment before the crude oil is filtered by the screw press (but not for wool cotton oil), in order to remove the oily solid impurities that can be precipitated in the crude oil to the greatest extent. When working, the machine-pressed crude oil enters the clear oil tank through the conveying equipment, and the oily solid impurities in the clear oil tank gradually settle to the bottom of the clear oil tank, and the chain scraper in the clear oil tank moves slowly at the bottom to deposit the oily solids at the bottom. The impurities are scraped onto the sieve on the upper part of the clear oil tank, and the solid impurities after filtering the oil are continuously scraped into the residue discharging equipment and transported back to the squeeze. The processed crude oil enters the next refining process.
2. Performance characteristics:
The original oil tank is used in conjunction with the crude oil inlet and oil residue outlet equipment, which can work continuously, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operator, and can effectively improve the efficiency of the crude oil downstream filtration process. However, crude oil needs a long settling time in the clear oil tank, which has a certain impact on the quality of crude oil. The free gossypol contained in wool cotton oil becomes denatured gossypol at high temperature, which makes oil refining more difficult. Machine-pressed wool cotton oil must be quickly cooled to below 50°C, which is not convenient to directly enter the clear oil tank, so it is not suitable For the treatment of wool cotton oil.
