Pre-pressing pretreatment function:
The purpose is to improve the shape of the oil so that it can be squeezed or leached to make oil quickly and efficiently. It usually includes the following series of processes: Cleaning: Good pretreatment starts with cleaning. Cleaning is very important. It can not only ensure the quality of the final product (oil and meal), but also avoid early wear and tear of the pretreatment equipment. As maintenance costs and wearing parts are reduced, and production costs are reduced, the investment in cleaning equipment can quickly be repaid. Cleaning usually uses a combination of separating screen and aspirator. If necessary, other methods can also be used to remove shells, fines, stones, sand, metal, etc. in the oil.
Oilseed peeling: increase the protein content of oilseed meal.
Broken: Reduce grain size. Steaming and tempering: reduce the viscosity of the finished oil and adjust the water content of the oil.
Rolling embryo: Destroy the cell structure of the oil, making it easier to extract the oil.
Breaking: The purpose is to reduce the size of the grains and ensure the uniformity of steaming and frying. The crushing is completed by two crushing rolls with wrinkles. The crusher usually uses one or two pairs of crushing rolls. The number of crushing rolls and the size of the wrinkles on the rolls depend on the size of the oil grains.
Steam and stir-fry: During the conditioning process, the oil is heated to adjust the moisture to the ideal state. There are two kinds of steaming and frying: vertical steaming and frying pan and horizontal steaming and frying pan. No matter what kind of steaming and frying pan, 6-10 bar steam is used as the heating medium. If it is used for pressing, the oil is heated to 90-110°C, and if it is used for direct leaching, it is heated to 65-72°C.
There are two ways to press oil:
Completely mechanical pressing (residual oil in the cake is 5-7%) and low-pressure pre-pressing (residual oil in the cake is 12-20%), the pre-pressed cake is then leached with a solvent.
Applicable oils: soybean, peanut kernel, sunflower seed, cottonseed, rapeseed, corn germ, rice bran, safflower seed, tea seed, sesame, palm, linseed, etc.
The specific processes include: dust removal, stone removal, shelling, embossing, puffing, crushing, steaming, squeezing, and filtering. According to the characteristics of different raw materials, the required equipment is reasonably equipped.
Refined oil standard: It can meet the salad oil standard, and the strong-flavor pure peanut oil, rapeseed oil and other national standard first-class oils.
Residual oil rate: The residual oil rate of the oil after pre-pressing and leaching is less than 1%.
