Eating peanuts and peanut oil regularly, the benefits you don't know
The Harvard School of Public Health and Boston Women's Hospital in the United States once organized 101 middle-aged and elderly men and women suffering from obesity, divided into two groups: one group was designated to eat a low-fat diet, and the other group ate a nut diet.
Six months later, there was a welcome change in the situation, with both groups losing an average of 11 pounds in weight.
One year later, the weight of the first group rebounded, while the second group who consumed a peanut diet did not rebound and still maintained the weight level from the first six months.
Nutrition experts have found that high-quality peanut oil and other peanut products contain a nutrient called folic acid, which contains a large amount of monounsaturated fatty acids, can increase heat dissipation, burn harmful cholesterol, and reduce hyperlipidemia.
