1、 Can lose weight without rebounding

Therefore, in recent years, nutrition experts from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia have emphasized that peanuts and peanut products can effectively help people control weight and prevent obesity.

I heard that some people eat vegetable roots without adding oil in order to lose weight. Is this really more effective? The new research by foreign experts refutes this approach. In fact, choosing the appropriate variety of edible oil, regularly eating peanuts and other nuts, and consuming peanut oil and other nut oils not only does not cause weight gain, but also allows people to obtain comprehensive nutrition in their daily diet without worrying about gaining weight, making weight loss easier.

2、 Reduce blood lipids and cholesterol

Peanuts, also known as evergreen fruits in China, have always been considered a healthy food abroad. Peanut oil is rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid, with a content of up to 50-80. Oleic acid can lower blood lipids and harmful cholesterol in the human body, without reducing or relatively increasing beneficial cholesterol.

A clinical trial conducted by the Dietary Metabolism Research Center at Pennsylvania State University in the United States showed:

Eating peanut oil and peanut products can reduce the probability of cardiovascular disease by 21%. This result indicates that a peanut oil diet and a peanut butter diet can play an effective role in preventing cardiovascular disease.

3、 Reduce the risk of heart and cardiovascular diseases

In American folklore, there is a dietary health secret: eating an extra handful of peanuts or two spoonfuls of peanut butter every day can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. In the National Cholesterol Education Program guidelines in the United States, it is recommended to limit the intake of saturated fatty acids and refined sugars, and to replace them with healthy monounsaturated fatty acid rich foods such as peanuts, peanut oil, and vegetable oil.

In California, USA, nutrition experts conducted a 7-day study on 27000 volunteers, observing the effects of 65 different foods on coronary heart disease. Among all the studied foods, nuts are believed to have a very significant effect on reducing heart attacks, and researchers have found that 32% of the nuts consumed are peanuts.

The experimental results show that consuming nuts more than 5 times a week can reduce their risk of heart disease by more than 50, and consuming nuts 1-4 times a week can reduce their risk by 27. The Harvard Public Health Research Center conducted almost 20 years of research on dietary habits and health among 86000 women aged 34 to 59, and the results showed that those who regularly consumed peanuts and nuts had a lower incidence of heart disease. Women who consume peanut oil and nuts more than 5 times a week have a reduced heart disease rate of about one-third compared to women who consume very little or almost no nuts and peanuts.

Professor Xu Guifa from the School of Public Health and the Institute of Food Hygiene at Shandong University conducted an experiment in April 2003 on the effect of peanut oil on the blood lipid levels of elderly people in Chinese cities. 65 middle-aged and elderly healthy individuals were selected and compared using four different diets to observe the different effects of different fats and fatty acids on blood lipid metabolism in middle-aged and elderly people. The protective effect of high-quality peanuts on cardiovascular disease was explored. The study concluded that a peanut oil diet can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 18.4%, and a peanut oil combined with peanut diet can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 21.7%.
